GR Series High-temperature and High-pressure
1. Application: dedicated for dyeing of zippers, cotton tapes and laces in the case of enclosure.
2. Technical features:
Machine type: vertical drum type.
Operating temperature: 130℃, max. operating pressure 0.4MPa, and bath ratio: 1:7-9.
Heat transfer mode: coil heat exchanger or external heat exchanger is adopted.
Heat exchange rate: 40-50min for temperature rise of dye solution from 20℃ to 130℃ and temperature drop from 130℃ to 80℃ at steam pressure of 0.5MPa.
Circulation mode of dye solution: reversing and flow adjusting device is equipped, direct/reverse circulation of dye solution is adjusted by cylinder.
