GR206 Series High-temperature and High-pressure Cheese Dyeing Machine

Product features:
1. Self-designed novel mixed-flow pump in high performance, high efficiency and low energy consumption, solving the problem of lower head of conventional mixed-flow pumps.
2. In accordance with the requirements for various yarns, main pump is controlled by variable frequency and flow rate is freely adjusted, improving dyeing uniformity and saving energy consumption during startup and load shedding.

3. Energy-saving and high-frequency heat exchanger in novel design.

        4. Low bath ratio (1:6-1:8), saving dye, additive and energy, reducing discharge capacity.
        5. Tail-filled injection of dye, effectively guaranteeing homogeneity of charge.
        6. Rapid and continuous cleaning system.
        7. Fully automatic control of dyeing technological requirements such as charge, feedwater, drainage, temperature rise, constant temperature, heat preservation and cleaning, etc., and central control operation can be connected.

Standard structure:
        1. Dye cylinder and all parts in contact with dye solution are made of excellent, high-class and corrosion-proof stainless steel.
        2. Novel and high-efficiency stainless steel mixed-flow pump.
        3. High-efficiency internal heat exchanger.
        4. Vertical cylinder, cover opening structure is equipped with cylinder or counterweight switching device, and safety interlocking device of cylinder cover is available.
        5. Open charging bucket and charging system and balanced (return-flow) system.
        6. Main cylinder pressurizing device (air cushion type).
        7. Circular condensing device (full filling type).
        8. Water level control system.
        9. Main control electric cabinet equipped with advance micro-processor.
Optional parts:
        1. Equal capacity preparatory cylinder with direct heating device, delivery pump and mixing system.
        2. Various creels such as: bobbin, loose wool, skein, zipper and yarn beam, etc.
        3. High-temperature discharging system.
        4. Quantitative progressive charging system.
        5. Second intake and second drainage of water.
        6. Load shedding bobbin and its fittings.
        7. Cheese dyeing accessories such as: stainless steel seat joint bobbin, tapered bobbin, straight bobbin, triangular and round yarn bar and intermediate washer, etc.
        8. Boom type cheese discharging device.
Technical parameters:
        1. Max. operating pressure: 0.4MPa
        2. Max. operating temperature: 140℃
        3. Heating rate: approximate 30min at 20℃-130℃ (saturated steam pressure is 0.7Mpa)
        4. Cooling rate: approximate 20min at 130℃-80℃, (cooling water pressure is 0.3Mpa)
        5. Diameter of standard cheese bar is Φ48mm, and Φ29mm triangular cheese bar is only optional for dyeing of 6-layer cheese (or below) bobbins
        6. Standard cheese is in outer diameter Φ165 x height 160, and the max. loading capacity is calculated based on 1kg per cheese
