Manual and automatic control of dyeing in accordance with requirements of customers. Technical requirements: 1. Max. operating pressure: 0.4Mpa 2. Max. operating temperature: 140℃ 3. Heating rate: approximate 30min at 20℃-130℃ (saturated steam pressure is 0.7Mpa) 4. Cooling rate: approximate 20min at 130℃-80℃, (cooling water pressure is 0.3Mpa) 5. Diameter of standard cheese bar is Φ48mm, and Φ29mm triangular cheese bar is only optional for dyeing of 6-layer cheese (or below) bobbins 6. Standard cheese is in outer diameter Φ165 x height 160, and the max. loading capacity is calculated based on 1kg per cheese |
