YS series loose cotton cake-press machine is the latest new designed product, especially for cake-press process before degreasing and bleaching of medical absorbent cotton.
After recycle alkaline water from previous cotton spray process being collected by condenser, the machine begins to press the cotton. Basing on this, the capacity of boiler kier can be increased almost 30%, and the loading density can reach 300g/m3. It avoids short circuit phenomenon during scouring agent recycle process, increases the scouring efficiency (about 5-6 hours per kier). Thus, it can reduce water consumption, steam consumption, emission, and lower the cost of degreasing and bleaching.

-ncy, the fastest speed is 800kg/h. If each cotton press bucket is equipped with two sets of plucker, then it will take 30min to press one roll of cotton cake; if one set of plucker is equipped, then it will take 60min to press one roll of cotton.
Critical materials: Main body is steel structured, cotton press bucket is made of stainless steel.
