WGR Series High-temperature Jet Dyeing Machine

Product features:
        1. Applicable to bleaching, refining, dyeing and washing of skeins or straps such as twisted polyester yarns, stitch yarns, real silks and nylons, etc.
        2. Specially designed axial-flow pump of low energy consumption, low head and high flow rate is adopted, and features of the machine are not influenced at all at high temperature.
        3. New overflow jet pipe and dye bobbin are integrated with yarn turning and shifting tube, yarn biting, twisting or knotting of the dyed objects never happen, after dyeing rewinding is easy with low rate of loss.
       4. Specially designed water volume adjusts visible quantity of dyed yarns, number of yarns and different types, and water volume can be freely adjusted.
       5. The machine is optimized in structure, enabling low bath ratio, saving of raw materials and reduction of cost.
