基本特点
●本机型适用棉、麻、羊毛、人造毛、腈纶以及混纺成绞纱线的染色及前后处理，容量为1磅-1200磅。挂纱杆之间的距离为438-815mm,适应不同长度的绞纱处染。
●选用精确时间继电器，自动变换染液循环方向，确保染色匀均性。
●采用多级皮带轮变速，调节染液流量及循环次数，以满足不同的染色工艺也可按客户要求，采用变频器，实现无极调整，效果更理想。
●使用方便的取样装置。

Main features:
●Suitable for use in dyeing,pre-and
post-treating cotton,linen,wool,artificial wool,acrylic
yarn and blended yarn.Its capacity is 1-1200 pounds.Interval
between staves ranging from 438mm to 815mm for adapting
different lengths of hanks to be dyed.
●Using accuracy time relay
to automatically change circulating direction so as to
ensure uniform dyeing result.
●Using multi-stage belt wheels
to change speed and regulate flow rate of dye liquor as
well as circulation times in relation to different dyeing
processes.According to customer's requirement steples
speed regulator with frequency converter can be provided
for getting better dyeing result.
